Bloom puts your money into an account each employee owns, adds a free doctor and dentist, and covers the bad days. No broker. No benefits meeting. No 40-page plan.

How it works
Pick a monthly amount, $50 to $100 per employee. It goes straight into a health savings account in their name. Not a reimbursement, not a premium. A deposit.
A video doctor and a nurse line, free, any time, for the whole household. A dental membership and vision discounts. Nothing to claim, nothing to file.
The account follows them if they leave, grows every month they stay, and is never taxed going in or coming out. After 65 it can be spent on anything.
Optional: cash on a bad day. Employees can add hospital cash cover for about $[40–60] a month from their own pay. If they're admitted, it pays them $1,500, tax-free. Offered through a licensed partner.
Why it beats a raise
Because nobody taxes it. Not you, not them, not ever.
A $3,000 raise
$3,000 into Bloom
Illustrative. Assumes 7.65% employer payroll tax and a 12% federal, 5% state bracket plus 7.65% employee payroll tax. Your numbers will differ.
For employers
No broker, no sales call, no open enrollment season. If you can set up payroll, you can set up Bloom.
Name, state, headcount, and whether you already offer a health plan.
$50, $75 or $100 a month per person. Change it any month.
Connect Gusto, ADP or QuickBooks, or upload a spreadsheet with names and emails.
Everyone gets a text to open their account. First deposit lands on your next payroll.
Pricing
You pay the platform fee plus the deposit you chose. The deposit isn't our money, it's your employees'. We never touch it.
Example: 25 employees, $75 deposit
Compare: a $75-a-month raise for the same 25 people costs you about $2,020 a month, and they'd see about $56 of it.
Price it for my teamNo. Bloom is a savings account your employer funds, plus free doctor and dentist access. It works alongside a health plan, or on its own for employers who don't offer one. Hospital cash cover is optional insurance from a licensed partner.
No. You can set Bloom up yourself. If you already work with a broker, use their link or code when you sign up: they stay on your account, help you run it, and we pay them. Your price is the same either way.
The account goes with them. Every dollar you deposited is theirs the moment it lands. Deposits simply stop.
Any month, up or down. Some employers deposit more for people who hit health goals; that's built in and stays tax-free.
No. Nothing comes back around. Your money goes into an account the employee owns and never returns to you or to Bloom. The tax saving is real, but it's a footnote, not the reason to buy.
